Wash oil is a liquid with a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons, serves for washing and for reducing the rate of contamination with polymer compounds of the blades of the first three stages of cracked gas compressor. Cleaning of naptha cracking gas compressor blade at ethylene plant by injecting calculated amount of washing oil.. 

A solvent-based detergent formulated to deliver maximum cleaning efficiency in both ON-LINE and OFF-LINE applications. It effectively removes all contaminants from turbine blades, and the compressor cleaning range has proven highly effective and well-regarded by customers.

Wash Oil Cleaning Oil is a specially formulated solvent-based detergent designed to deliver maximum cleaning efficiency in both ON-LINE and OFF-LINE gas turbine and compressor cleaning applications. It penetrates and removes deposits such as oil, grease, carbonaceous residues, and atmospheric contaminants from turbine blades and compressor components. The product ensures improved airflow, enhanced turbine efficiency, and extended equipment life. Applications of Clean Oil Washing Oil

1. On-Line Cleaning
  • Injected into the compressor air intake during operation at partial load.
  • Dissolves deposits progressively without requiring shutdown.
  • Maintains turbine efficiency and prevents performance drop during continuous operation.
 
2. Off-Line Cleaning (Crank Wash)
  • Applied during scheduled shutdowns or maintenance cycles.
  • Circulated with water through the compressor section to remove heavy fouling.
  • Restores turbine blades to near-original cleanliness, improving power output.
 
3. General Use
  • Compatible with most standard turbine wash skids and dosing systems.
  • Can be diluted with demineralized water for desired concentration.
Product Dose:

Concentration / Dosage of Clean Oil Washing Oil

  • On-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 4–5 parts demineralized water; inject per OEM wash skid settings.
  • Off-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 3–4 parts demineralized water; circulate through compressor while cranking.
  • Always follow OEM turbine manufacturer guidelines for wash procedures.

NOTE: Concentration always depends on cleaning matter. Always consult before use
