RXSOL Anti Sludge AS 180 is a high-performance anionic surfactant package specifically formulated to prevent the formation of asphaltic sludge during hydrochloric acid (HCl) stimulation treatments. The product stabilizes crude oil asphaltenes, minimizes sludge precipitation, and improves acid penetration into the formation.
By preventing acid/crude incompatibility, the additive enhances treatment efficiency, reduces formation damage, and promotes rapid flowback after acidizing operations.

Dosage
Mix RXSOL Anti Sludge AS 180 with acid and crude oil solution depending on the sludge properties of each. Usual dosage is 8-30 Ltrs of Anti Sludge AS 180 per 1000 Ltrs solution.
Important Consideration: DO NOT MIX with solutions containing cationic elements (corrosion inhibitors, etc). This would result in an internal chemical reaction.
