Product Description:

RXSOL Crystal Clean dissolves white crystals in diesel exhaust fluid DEFtanks, Preventing blockages to maintain SCR system efficiency. Diesel Particulate Filter UREA STONE Cleaner RXSOL-41-5046-025 is a heavy duty liquid blend of organic mixture compounds with STONE dissolving agents. An extremely effective for removal of UREA STONE deposit  from diesel exhaust system.

A heavy-duty acidic cleaner formulated to dissolve hardened urea crystal deposits in DEF tanks and diesel exhaust systems. Its advanced blend of acids and surfactants penetrates and breaks down white urea stones that cause blockages and SCR inefficiency. The product restores proper DEF flow and exhaust treatment performance without dismantling components. Regular use helps maintain optimal SCR system efficiency and reduces costly downtime.

Product Application:

Diesel exhaust fluid is a blend of Water and Urea. When the water evaporates, the ratio is out of balance, and urea crystals may build up in the system components which is reducing overall efficiency. 

To help remove crystal deposits, add a RXSOL-41-5046-025 cleaner eliminates crystallization buildup systemwide while providing lubricity for DEF system components.

It is effectively removes Hard Urea deposits from Diesel Particulate Filter Extremely effectively.

Product Dose:

Should be diluted ,at the rate of 1-parts RXSOL-41-1046-025  to 5-parts water,( Or 1:1 ratio of any solvent like diesel ) before use or depend on nature of dirt / contamination  RXSOL-41-1046-025  may be used directly. At 50 to 60°C for best result apply higher concentration for 15 min. to  3 hours.After the unit or parts have been satisfactorily cleaned, they should be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water. It is recommended that this product is not used on soft metal, Zinc,Tin, Galvanized surfaces or Anodized Aluminium.
 

Recirculation  and  heating will improves the cleaning action.

Product Note:

Mechanical cleaning  (Scrubbing and Brushing ) damages the diesel particulate Filter DPF which results in poor performance
