RXSOL Acidic Cleaner is a low foaming, phosphate-free, concentrated, liquid cleaner and metal brightener for high peformance removal of metal oxides, scales, salts and inorganic residues in labware washers, parts washers, power-spray systems and manual and ultrasonic cleaning. Corrosion inhibited and free rinsing leaving no interfering residues. Ideal for acid washing and rinsing.

Application

This industrial strength acid cleaner will remove embedded mineral deposits and carbonaceous soils such as rust, calcium, urine stains, soap scum and efflorescence from man-made tile and cement grout. Can be used to etch hard-to-clean grout by removing a super fine layer, leaving your grout sparkling bright and clean.

Used to clean: Laboratory ware, sampling apparatus, dairy equipment optical parts, electronic components, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing equipment, metal forgings, stampings and castings, industrial parts, pipes, tanks, boilers and reactors.

Used to remove: Scale, metal oxides, metal complexes, trace inorganics, milkstone, soils, grit, buffing compound, grime, grease, fats, oils, particulates, amphoteric peptides, deposits, chemicals and solvents.

Surfaces cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber and fiberglass. Can be used on soft metals such as copper, bronze, aluminum, zinc and magnesium if rinsed promptly. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

Dosage

The product is easy to mix (1 part water/1 part cleaner), and can be applied it to the grout with a small scrub brush. Applying it to one area at a time, then clean with wet sponge, later followed by a quick mopping. Tiles & grout will give full strength of shine and cleaning effect.

This acidic cleaner is specially formulated for effective and controlled removal of mineral scale, rust stains, and inorganic deposits. It provides efficient cleaning without aggressive attack on metals, making it suitable for routine maintenance applications. The formulation is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, with low corrosion potential when used as directed. It is ideal for descaling, surface cleaning, and maintenance of equipment exposed to hard water and mineral buildup.

Make a fresh 1–2% solution (10–20 ml per L) in cold, warm or hot water. If available, use hot water. For difficult soils, raise water temperature and use more detergent. Clean by soak, circulate, wipe or ultrasonic method.

surfaces. Corrosion testing may be advisable. Material compatibility
